1. The Realty Hub Comprehensive Disclosure (RHCD) will be mandatory on all transactions and is to be signed by the client(s) I am representing.

2. If I am involved in a lawsuit or errors & omissions insurance claim, I am responsible for paying the $2,500 insurance deductible.

3. I will not send or communicate any specific wire transfer instructions. I will direct my client to contact the requesting party directly.

4. I will not collect any monies for a third party.

5. I agree to provide Realty Hub with all supporting transaction files for the income that is to appear on my annual 1099.

6. In accordance to the Real Estate Consumer Agency and Disclosure Act (RECAD), Realty Hub offers the following agency service to the public: single agency, sub-agency, limited consensual dual agency, and transaction brokerage.

7. The Realty Hub Policy Manual is found in the Realty Hub Public Folder located in Dropbox and Realty Hub Support site. I acknowledge having an access to it and satisfactory explanation of the contents of the office policy.
